Driver’s Age
The minimum driver’s age is 18 years old and maximum is 75 Years Old
Young Driver Surcharge will apply for ages from 18 years to 21 years old of 9 CHF Per Day.
Senior Driver Surcharge will apply for ages from 75 Years to 90 Years Old of 12 CHF Per Day.
Driver’s License
The renter and the driver have to be in possession of a full and valid driving license with no major endorsements with 3 months of experience Also, a valid ID card or passport would be required at time of pick up.
Domestic driving licenses issued in the US, Canada, Australia and European Union is accepted without an international driving license.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) or a certified translation is mandatory if the driver’s license is not in English/Roman alphabet. International driver license or the certified translation must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
Provisional driver’s licenses are not accepted.
The following documents are mandatory to present at the time of vehicle pick up: Passport, driver's license and credit card.
Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in your rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
The excess amount for CHF 2200.00 per claim applied depending on the vehicle groups.
Theft Waiver (THW)
It is included in your rental amount.
Deductible CHF 2'200.00
Third Party Liability (TPL)
It is included in your rental amount.
Deductible of CHF 2200 will apply.
Please Note: 1. Police report is mandatory, in case of an accident / damage or theft, without police report insurance is not valid. The customer must immediately inform the rental desk about the incident.
2. Renter must present the vehicle keys and documents to the rental company (Final Rentals) to qualify for coverage, otherwise the insurance will be invalidated, and the renter will be liable for the full amount due to the loss of vehicle. In the event of any damage to the vehicle for theft reasons, the insurance does not cover the renter.
3. Any damage due to driver negligence or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any other controlled substances is not covered by insurance.
4. In case of theft of a vehicle's part (eg. tyre, radio, GPS) the full amount of the part will be charged.
5. Insurance doesn’t cover Windows and mirrors, wheels and tire, undercarriage, engine, the car’s interior, personal belongings, lost keys, extras such as GPS or child seats.
Customers may use their own insurance; however, in the event of any damage, the customer is responsible for covering the cost upfront and must claim reimbursement from their insurance provider.
A handling fee of CHF 120 will apply in such cases.
The Excess Reduction Option is available at a cost of 26 to 35 CHF, depending on the car category, and reduces the damage liability to 500 CHF.
Fees
1. A fee of CHF 450 will apply if the vehicle keys are lost or stolen.
2. For all types of fines and traffic violations, as well as violations of traffic regulations, a processing fee of CHF 20.00 per fine will be charged. For trips abroad, the customer is responsible for local fees.
3. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank of fuel, a processing fee of CHF 25.00 will be added to the tank.
4. In the event of theft, fire, comprehensive insurance, or third-party liability damage, a processing fee of CHF 120.00 will be added to the deductible.
In case of any damage to the vehicle, there is a processing fee of CHF 120.00 apart from the deductible amount.
Early Returns/Unused Rental Days
No refunds (partial or full) will be given for rentals ended early including the purchase of ancillary items, late collections, no shows or cancellations made after the rental start date or before 24 hours prior pickup.
Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown assistance is available free of charge. If breakdown assistance is required due to the customer's fault, an additional charge will apply depending on the situation.
Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.
Fuel Policy
The vehicle will be handed over to the customer with a full tank and must also be returned full and presented to our staff with the last receipt.

Cross Border Travel
Customers are allowed to travel across borders within the EU.
An additional cross-border fee of CHF 25 to CHF 35 per day will apply, along with any applicable highway tolls and other country-specific charges.
Prior approval is required for any cross-border travel.

VAT
VAT is included in the rental price and in the additional services.
Payment Methods
All major credit cards are accepted Visa,9 Master, Amex, Diners Credit Cards. Debit cards are accepted while paying at the rental desk.
Deposit
The deposit must always be paid with a credit card, all major credit cards are possible, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, V-Pay, Union Pay, JCB.
Delivery and Collection
We doesn’t offer Delivery and Collection service.
Grace Period
For Late Pickups:
A 30-minute grace period is provided for late pickups. After this period, assistance will be offered only if a vehicle is available. Otherwise, the booking will be considered cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
For Late Returns:
A 30-minute grace period is also allowed for late returns. After this period, an additional full-day charge will apply.
30 Minute and after grace period, one day charge will be applicable.
